Tegan studied at La Trobe University in Victoria and has been at South East Podiatry since she graduated over 7 years ago. Tegan has been exposed to and treated a huge variety of Podiatric complaints including sports and overuse injuries. Tegan has undertaken her dry needling qualification which allows for another treatment modality to be incorporated into a management plan helping those get back on their feet!

As a keen netballer herself Tegan has been exposed to and suffered from overuse and sporting injuries such as stress fractures and multiple ankle sprains. With the correct diagnosis, treatment and management plan through sports Podiatry Tegan has been able to get back onto the court shooting goals! Tegan’s experience as a netballer has helped her identify poor biomechanics in people that can unfortunately lead to injury. She is passionate about  preventing these injures so people can compete at their desired level without pain or discomfort.

Tegan is a member of Sports Medicine Australia and is committed to upskilling and learning new treatment modalities to use in the clinic.

Her other clinical interests include Diabetes education and management as well as nail surgeries for ingrown toenails.

In her spare time, Tegan loves to travel and go the AFL or cricket!
